To The Death, Reindeer City & mixing

May is getting busy.  I'll be finishing up the mix for the Unraveller record and taking on another project I'm excited about; I'll be mixing the To The Death record.  To The Death is the brainchild of Brendan Roche (Beyond the Sixth Seal, Deadlights), Justin Chappell (ex-Beyond the Sixth Seal), Bill Ford (The Epidemic, Death Fart, Shit Machine) and Graham Landers, the man behind Deepsend Records.  I recorded their demo years ago on an 8-track but this time tracking was done by Jonny Fay.  He recently moved Backyard Studios to a new location and he's getting some great sounds.  I'll be tracking Graham's vocals as well.

An Unraveller preview will be up soon.  I had a little detour from that while I scored a short film for Reindeer City, a new production company.  More info on the piece will be announced in the coming months.  If you're in the Boston area, you'll be able to attend a screening as well.  I did sound design for a previous RC piece, which you can view here: ODD DUCKS

Oh yeah, that's a pic from the first Ladder Up An Ass show outside Nassau Coliseum on the 2008 Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour.  You thought it was over - it's not over - I came back - I brought my ladder!  Still have that dragon mask.  It sits on a bookshelf in our dining room.
